Welcome back to another episode of Quarantine Stories. My weekly series of original music I write just for you.

The original title for today’s offering was “10 Monkeys with Flamethrowers*”. It is a great title. I’ll probably write it.

However… as I was writing Saturday afternoon, I heard car horns outside my window. It’s New York, so yeah, nothing new there. However, in rhythm with the horns were voices. Happy voices. Singing voices.

Okay, so what’s happened?

Everyone has a story about “where I was when”. Many times it’s linked with a bad event. Not always, but it is always linked with an emotional event.

“10 Monkeys” was a great quote associated with some “other” shenanigans (like all the other shenanigans) we’ve been subjected to for five years, and now, it just didn’t seem important.

All I felt was relief and “hope”.

It’s what I hope you’re feeling. I also hope Saturday will become a joyful “where I was when” day that we will all happily share with each other for years to come.

Until next time… Wear a mask. Be kind to each other. Thank you for voting.

Hoping for a download? No problem. See link below.
